On thing that is entirely up to Tate, but would be inspiring (to me, at least) is a timeline. When do you expect to break ground, or hope to finish the building?

this topic will tie in closely with the materials topic as we get more and more of the materials together for each subsequent step. for instance, what materials do we need to get the place dried in?
